Upon completion of the programme, the learner is able to plaster using regular and decorative mixtures, lay different kinds of tiles, hang wallpaper, insulate interior and exterior constuctions of a building, fix decorative panels, paint interior and exterior surfaces of a building, read technical drawings, calculate work scope. The learner is able to use technical reference materials, information media, apply the knowledge of work law, economics, business and environmental protection in his/her work.
Joiner/ carpenter
Learners are able to produce linear and complex objects, plain wooden furniture. They produce and assemble log and bar houses, panel, frame and roof construction elements. They prepare building material, are able to read technical drawings and apply theoretical knowledge in practice. The learners can use new technologies, materials, tools and equipment to perform joinery/carpentry tasks, decorate the articles, outfit the interior, and insulate separate parts of the building. The learner is able to use technical reference materials, information media, apply the knowledge of labour law, economics, business and environmental protection in his/her work.
Provider of construction business services
Provider of construction business services is aware of company organisation forms, contents of marketing, principles of company establishment and business planning. The learner is able to manage and organise accounting, calculate depreciation and reserve of property and assets, knows primary documents and their record. He/she can make and analyse estimates, knows the rights and obligations of those involved in a construction process. The learner is aware of business ethics, record-keeping, knows how to use labour code. The learner has basic finishing, bricklaying and joinery skills. He/she can read technical drawings and calculate the amount of materials and work required. Landscape worker
Landscape worker performs various landscaping works in line with the landscape plan: paving, site preparation, making simple architectural constructions, setting decorative ponds and pools, planting and grooming decorative plants, setting lawns, consulting the clients on landscaping issues.
Real estate agent
Upon completion of the programme, the learner is able to mediate when selling or renting dwelling and commercial rooms, houses and land. He/she closely collaborates with notary, regional land planning departments, architects. He/she collects information about buildings for sale or rent, finds a buyer, prepares selling-buying contracts, etc. The learner is able to calculate the total cost of property. Concrete worker
Upon completion of the programme, the learner is able to build walls from bricks, blocks, stones, etc.; to reinforce concrete; to fix and reinforce brick constructions; to mount lintels, floor slabs and copings; to perform concrete works; to install water proofing. He/she can read technical drawings and calculate the amount of materials and work required. The learner is able to use technical reference materials, information media, apply the knowledge of labour law, economics, business and environmental protection in his/her work.
Furniture maker
Learners are able to produce, repair and restore soft furnishings, wooden and board furniture. They can operate wood processing and furniture making macinery and equipment, maintain and service them. They can read technical drawings and make sketches.
Seller of building materials
Upon completion of the programme, the learner is able to arrange sales place and building materials, to prepare indents, to receive and store the goods, to complete the documentation, to investigate the market, to demonstrate and advertise the goods, to consult the customers, etc.
Restorer of buildings
Restorer of buildings can fix decorative elements, make projections, plaster articles, restore and preserve wooden items and constructions, restore stone and brick constructions, lay bricks, blocks, natural stone, plaster, paint.
